RETURNS

Orders have a 30 day return period for any problem but only if they haven’t been used nor washed. After 30 days, only manufacturing defect returns will be accepted.

If the items you ordered don’t fit your needs, you can return them in a 30 day period but only if they haven’t been used nor washed.

Please enter your order number and email on this page. You will find your order number in any related mail we may have sent you.

Once the procedure has started, the CAPITTEN team will send you a return tag by e-mail that has to be printed and stuck on the box. You don’t need to pay for it, please choose Cash on Delivery.

When we have received the products, we will start processing the return and the refund will be done via the original payment method (in about two to five business days). We will send you an email to inform you that the refund has been made. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

No. Our team works fast to prepare and send your order as soon as possible, and that means we can’t change the ordered items or the shipping address in time. However, as your order is shipped, you can contact your carrier directly to change the address or redirect the package to another place for delivery.

We do everything we can to deliver your order on time, but sometimes we take longer than we would like. Our improved security procedures and a high number of orders can make us fall behind. Once we send your order, the shipping could also be delayed due to poor weather conditions, an incomplete shipping address or delays coming from the carrier.

We commit to deliver within a window of 1 to 3 days maximum.

At the moment we only accept cards as payment method but we are working to have more payment options shortly to make your buying experience faster and easier. Payment methods accepted:

PURCHASE PROCESS

Buying at MIKAKUS is very easy. Select your items and if applicable, the size, in our store and click “Buy Now”. You can choose from the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro and Amex.

We will send you a confirmation email indicating your purchase details and your order number.

SHIPPING

Mikakus orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 and 15:00. Shipping costs will depend on the size, weight and destination of your items. We offer you an express shipping service to the entire world.

TAXES AND FEES

The cost of taxes and fees is included throughout the EU except in the Canary Islands, Ceute and Melilla. For the rest of the world the specific regulations of each country apply. In the case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, the purchaser shall pay customs charges, if applicable. Before making any purchase involving international shipping, we recommend that you inform yourself about the restrictions and taxes im posed by customs in your country. In the event that the purchaser refuses to accept the shipment, any costs incurred by MIKAKUS in terms of duties, taxes, shipping and return costs or any other additional costs will be charged to the purchaser. The same conditions as above shall apply in the case of returns of products sent to countries outside the European Union, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the product.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition, our logistics partner will contact you to offer all possible facilities for the delivery of your order. From that email, you will be able to check where your order is at all times and even deposit your order at a UPS ACCES POINT collection point ™
